CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
On having received the order, the seller immediately confirms it by e-mail.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
The buyer is free to cancel the order any time before its binding confirmation by the seller.
DELIVERY TERM
The delivery time is from 7- 14 days after the seller sent the acceptance on the delivery of the ordered goods, unless stated otherwise in the acceptance of the ordered goods.
DELIVERY OF THE GOODS AND THE WAY OF PAYMENT
Delivery of the goodsThe ordered goods are send according to the buyer's instructions to his/her adress. The amount of postage and packing fees was shown on the monitor at the moment when the ordered goods were being put in the virtual basket.
If the payment has been done by a card or PayPal, the buyer just takes the parcel over from the carrier. WAY OF PAYMENT:- A) ONLINE PAYMENT BY A CARD

COMPLAINTS AND GAURANTEE
The seller provides a guarantee on quality of the sold goods in the length of 24 months from the date of their acceptance. Complaints about possible defects are settled by the seller in accordance with the buyer’s justified claims and the valid legal order. The buyer is bound to inspect the goods on accepting them in order to find any visible faults. The seller should be notified about the faults without any delay. The seller is responsible for the faults in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. as amended (on consumer protection) and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. as amended (Civil Code).
COMPLAINT PROCEEDINGS:- 1) The complaint about faulty goods can be made by e-mail, fax or in a written form in the company’s seat at Alexander Chládek, Františka Balatky 131, Železný Brod, 468 22.
- 2) The faulty goods can be sent to the seller in the form of a registered parcel (no cash on delivery), addressed to Alexander Chládek, Františka Balatky 131, Železný Brod, 468 22.
- 3) The consignment should include a written statement giving the reasons of the complaint and describing the character of the fault. Also enclosed should be the original or a copy of the proof of purchase and the buyer’s contact address.
ADVICE ON THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons or without any sanctions, within 14 days from the acceptance of the goods. If the buyer exercises his/her right of withdrawal in the wording of the preceding sentence, the seller is only entitled to the compensation of real expenditures connected with the return of the goods.
The seller is bound to return to the buyer the paid purchase price within 30 days from the withdrawal; the goods, however, must not be damaged or otherwise devalued.
The buyer is supposed to deliver the goods personally or by post at his/her own expense to the seller’s address: Alexander Chládek, Františka Balatky 131, Železný Brod, 468 22. Beside the returned goods, the consignment must include a copy of the delivery or purchase receipt.

THE SELLER’S RIGHTS AND DUTIESThe seller is the AleAleTM – Alexander Chládek trading company, IČ 66650577 based in Františka Balatky 131, Železný Brod, 468 22; phone:+420 604 556 142, e-mail: shop@aleale.cz.
- 1) The seller has the duty to execute the accepted buyer’s order and to dispatch the agreed goods to the seller’s address stated in the order form, within 7-14 days from sending the confirmation of the order to the buyer’s address. The seller has the right not to execute the order if the address stated in the order is obviously wrong or if the goods requested by the order are out of stock. The buyer should be informed by the seller about the non-execution in the form of an e-mail.
- 2) The seller is authorised to use the buyer’s personal data, which have been provided by the buyer, exclusively for purposes connected with the execution of the order. The data in question cannot be given to a third person, unless this is in direct connection with the execution of the service in question.
- 3) If the buyer repeatedly fails to fulfil the obligation to pay for and accept the ordered goods, the seller has the right to suspend, or possibly to refuse, the execution of future order from this buyer.
- 4) The seller reserves the right to change prices without previous notice.
THE BUYER’ S RIGHTS AND DUTIES
Understood as the buyer is the person interested in the goods offered by the seller, who has ordered the goods from the seller’s valid catalogue and the order of whom has been accepted by the seller.
- 1) The buyer gives his valid postal address, to which the goods are supposed to be sent.
- 2) The buyer commits himself/herself to withdraw the ordered and properly delivered goods and to pay to the seller the full price, including the postage and packing fees.
- 3) The buyer has the right to cancel the already dispatched order by e-mail, within 24 hours from its delivery to the seller.
- 4) The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons, within 14 days from the acceptance of the goods.
OTHER PROVISIONS
- 1) These trading conditions are an inseparable part of the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the customer.
- 2) All essential data concerning the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer, as well as the legal relations between the seller and the buyer based on the concluded purchase contract are communicated to the buyer.
- 3) All data published on the seller’s web pages are protected by relevant law regulations. This protection may also concern the rights of other persons. The data published on the seller’s web pages must not be copied or made accessible to third persons without the prior consent of the seller or of the owner of the author’s rights. The seller takes no responsibility for the factual correctness of all data presented on his web pages; and these data should by no means be understood as a recommendation for the utilization of the offered goods for a specific aim intended by the customer.
- 4) The seller has the right to change the contents of his web pages and the offer of goods. The seller is also free to change the contents of these trading conditions. The change of trading conditions, however, does not apply to trading contracts that have already been concluded.
These trading conditions are valid as of 4 February 2009 and relate to goods sold by AleAleTM – Alexander Chládek.
